What is CPR?
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, or CPR, is a life-saving technique that is used to revive an individual who is suffering from cardiac arrest. The goal of CPR is to keep blood moving throughout the body to vital organs, such as the brain and heart until a heartbeat is restored or until further medical help arrives. Note: Only perform CPR on infants who are not breathing independently or are unconscious/unresponsive.
